Glasgow "The Day" can officially announce that the cone was back on Wellington's head today. If you are wondering about the seagull from Friday's photo, I have confirmed that it is fine and seemingly has retired down to a small beach near Ayr.
But how long will the cone stay on this week ? Watch this space ...
